Lemon Curd Classic Cake
One, thick layer of a moist and zesty lemon cake which is drizzled with a lemon syrup when its hot out of the oven. It is then decorated with a vanilla buttercream, there is no icing on the sides, and has homemade lemon curd swirled on top. To finish it off it is decoarted with freeze dried raspberries and raspberry crisp balls.
